Booking, Cancellations, Terms & Conditions
Bookings over an hour in duration and all courses of treatments must be pre-paid.
24 hours notice is required to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, after which full payment will be required.
Late arrivals: arriving late may limit the time of your treatments. Your treatments may end on the time so that the next client is not delayed.
Data Security: Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures are held securely and in the strictest confidence.
Mobile Phones: For the peace and comfort of all clients relaxing in the salon, we respectfully request that all mobile phones are switched off during your visit.
Child Safety: We respectfully inform clients that children are not allowed in the treatment areas due to regulations.
Valuables: If you are required to remove jewellery during your treatment, please ensure that you retrieve all of your valuables before leaving the salon, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
Gift vouchers are valid for six months after which they will be deemed invalid.
Courses are valid for nine months and are not transferable.
Block party bookings for two or more people over two hours duration require seven days notice to cancel or re-schedule or 50% of the price is payable.
